ON DEMAND classes: You will receive a link to a recorded class in the confirmation email. You can use this link to take class at any time.
These vinyasa-based classes move at a moderate pace but offer options for all skill levels throughout the practice. Each class combines stretching, strength building, movement and mindfulness and encourages each practitioner to listen to their body and make modifications if needed.
These sessions move at a slow pace and focus on deep stretching and gentle, functional movement. They also include yin and restorative poses for deep relaxation for mind and body.
For live classes, you will receive a Zoom link before the start of class and sign in to practice in real-time with the instructor and other students. For on demand classes, you will receive a link for a recorded class immediately and can use that link to practice any time you like.
