Join guest teacher, Michelle Douglas, for this special workshop! Mudras are sacred hand gestures that have been used for thousands of years in many religions and traditions. When we intentionally use our hands and breath in our yoga and meditation practice we can open a doorway to self-discovery, healing, and inner peace.
In this workshop you will:
- Learn about the origin of mudras
- Learn the benefits of and experience 10 soulful mudras
- Enjoy a closing meditation with mudra and breath work
- Get a PDF with pictures, description, and suggested breath work of each mudra studied in the workshop
